All third-party trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Peregrine Automotive® does not manufacture or sell newly-manufactured automobiles; Peregrine performs after-market customization of automobiles. The product of Peregrine’s painstaking effort is a vehicle customized and reimagined by Peregrine. Peregrine’s services are provided solely by Peregrine Automotive LLC, and are not in any way approved or endorsed by the manufacturer of any modified automobile. Any mention of trademarked names or other marks is for purposes of reference only. PRODUCTS LABELED “FOR RACING PURPOSES” and “OFF ROAD USE ONLY!”

If purchasing a part(s) or conversion termed “For Racing Purposes” or from the “Racing Parts” page of the store (“Racing Products”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle racing is an inherently dangerous sport with significant risk of personal injury or even death. When a user participates in vehicle racing and/or track events, he accepts the risk inherent therein. Peregrine Automotive, LLC, its employees, and affiliates makes no warranty that the use of its products or parts guarantees personal safety or freedom from physical injury or operates as a life saving device. Peregrine makes no claim of fitness or certification for such use and disclaims all implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty that Peregrine products and/or goods are fit for any particular purpose.

2. High-performance driving can be very dangerous and may result in injury or death. Peregrine makes no representations or warranty about products protecting against injury or death. To the furthest extent of the law, the customer shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Peregrine, LLC and its agents, from and against all liability related to customer’s use of the Racing Products, unless caused by the sole negligence of the Peregrine.

3. The installation of Racing Products may adversely affect other vehicle components or otherwise void a warranty. Peregrine assumes no responsibility for any damage to the vehicle, or bodily injury that may arise due to failure resulting from installation and/or use, either proper or improper, of its products or parts.

4. Many Peregrine brand products are backed by our Limited One-Year Warranty to the original purchaser; however Racing Products carry no warranty due to the stresses imposed on them. Any liability of Peregrine is limited to the replacement of defective products or parts found under examination by manufacturer to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months after purchase or delivery, and which defects have not been caused by accident, improper use, alteration, tampering, excessive use, misuse, modification, or abuse. The damage of the user shall be deemed liquidated in the costs of replacement of the product or part.

5. Car modifications, including engine, suspension, brake alterations, body modifications, that facilitate high-performance driving may reduce or limit the life of your car and any of its wearable parts and could result in damage to the car. You understand ad agree that you are entirely responsible for damage caused by use of modifications that facilitate high-performance driving.

6. Unless otherwise noted, Racing Products are intended for off-road and racing use only and are not approved for street use. Peregrine products may not be legal for sale or use on California pollution-controlled motor vehicles and are not intended or applicable for highway use.

7. Understanding the inherent dangers to life and property (including your car), and the legal requirements and limitations regarding the use of these products is the sole responsibility of the user. Notwithstanding any other term or provision to the contrary, Peregrine’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the good(s), product(s) or services provided to the customer.

8. By purchasing or using a Peregrine product or good, the user agrees that if any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, such provision shall be fully severed from the Disclaimer and this Disclaimer shall be construed and enforced as if that provision never comprised a part hereof, and the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision, there shall be added automatically as part of this Disclaimer a provision as similar in its terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.
